Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your order in a timely and seamless manner.

Due to Indian regulations on liquid transportation, all orders are shipped via surface courier only.

  • Metro cities: 2–5 working days
  • Non-metro locations: 5–10 working days
  • Orders are processed within 1 working day

Shipping Charges (India)

  • Orders below ₹2,000: ₹99 shipping fee
  • Orders above ₹2,000: Free shipping
  • Cash on Delivery is not available during stock clearance periods

International shipping is currently unavailable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

At KittySu Beauty, we maintain strict hygiene standards for all beauty products.

Considering the hygiene-sensitive nature of beauty products, all products once sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless received in a damaged condition.

Damaged / Incorrect Product

In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Kindly provide a clear unboxing video as proof of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement.

Conditions for Replacement

Replacement will only be considered if:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition
  • The product is unused and in original packaging
  • A valid proof (images/video) is provided within the timeline

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear will not be eligible.

Returns (Exceptional Cases Only)

In rare cases, a return may be accepted if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in saleable condition
  • The request is raised within 5 days of purchase

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Stock Clearance

Products purchased during stock clearance sales are final sale:

  • No cancellation
  • No return
  • No refund

Orders may be cancelled if stock becomes unavailable.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for complete processing after the product is received.
